Ivory is a classic blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc from premium growers and estate-grown fruit. A textbook ripening period leading into the 2010 vintage enabled the production of a wine of exemplary varietal purity and freshness. Clean, cold ferments were integral in harnessing the freshness and vibrancy of both varieties, while extended lees contact on select parcels provides texture and depth.
