KarriBindi 2006 Shiraz

Our Shiraz grapes are from mature vines growing on a north facing slope of karri loam and gravel soils. Our viticulturist and winemaker together select the best areas of fruit for the KarriBindi Shiraz.

Expect a deep ruby hue. This is a medium bodied Shiraz with typical flavours of plum and cherry. There are hints of coffee bean and spicy white pepper.

This wine was carefully aged in a mixture of French and American oak to ensure that the fruit flavours were enhanced but not overpowered. A smooth wine which finishes with finely balanced velvety tannins.
