Wow, this one is just made for current drinking. You get a whole bowl of tropical fruits bursting with passionfruit and crisp pear. There’s a lovely fruit sweetness on the palate with a long satisfying finish.

Blend : Predominately Semillon, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc with small inclusions of other premium varieties.

Colour: Pale straw with a green glow.

Aromatics: Fresh peach and pear with a tantalizing waft of tangerine.

Palate: Full and generous with rich lingering fruit, lovely balancing acid and clean minerality on the finish.

Oak Maturation: A small portion (3%) fermented and matured for 5 months in new oak barriques adds weight and palate complexity.

Ageing Potential: While made for early drinking, these wines age beautifully due to the generous flavours, the sugar/acid balance and the predominance of noble varieties in the blend.
