There’s plenty of intense concentrated shiraz in this excellent example of the great Aussie red blend. Sinewy firm tannins and light oak supporting medium weight fruit. Has developed perfectly into a lovely easy drinking red wine for winter.

Blend : 62% Shiraz, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

Colour: Ruby red with purple tints.

Aromatics: Shiraz aromas of berries and plums with a veil of herbaces Cabernet and spicy oak lift.

Palate: Fruit dominated and of medium weight with spicy oak and fine dusty tannins.

Oak Maturation: 10 - 12 months in mainly 1 - 3 year old, with 10% in new, mainly American, barriques.

Ageing Potential: Intended for early drinking, but with potential for attractive development over 5 years or so.
